Monica Mowad is the Founder and CEO of E3Xperience an immersive virtual/hybrid event management and production company. Through her business, Monica helps event entrepreneurs to launch, pivot, and grow their businesses through virtual events. She is also a corporate event planner and catering manager for Caesars Hotel & Casino and has experience hosting hybrid events for over 5000 attendees at a time.

She has been in the event management industry for over 20 years and holds a Certificate in Event Management, Planning Virtual & Hybrid Events and Meeting Management from Cvent and the Event Leadership Institute and a BA in Sociology from Rowan University.
